All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our shipping address is 246 Stewart Green SW, Unit #6212, Calgary AB T3H3C8, Canada.
Canada Shipping:
Free shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $70 CAD (post discount or other offers). If you have any questions about free shipping, please contact us at hello@stunnco.com.
Flat rate shipping: Purchases less than $70 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99 CAD for shipping. We will automatically select the best shipping method for the price, and depending on location, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days.
P.O Boxes and rural addresses: Orders sent to P.O. boxes or rural addresses will be shipped via Canada Post. Typical delivery is 4-8 business days.
Additionally, delays of up to 7 business days may be encountered during major national holidays. Delivery timelines start once the order has been received by the carrier, and will be subject to each individual carriers policies. For example, Canada Post only counts their shipping timelines during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The day the package is received is counted as day zero.

Duties, Taxes, and Regulations: The customer will be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred, and is responsible to know the the local laws for importing products. In general, duties and taxes will not be charged for imports from Canada to the United States valued at less than $800. International Shipping:
At this time, STUNN Collective only ships to Canada and United States addresses. Please reach out to us directly at hello@stunnco.com if you would like to coordinate shipping to a different country. International shipping will be available on a case by case basis. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, and any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may arise.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary due to variations in customs and borders processing. It is the customers responsibility to know the their local laws around importing products. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs authorities for more information
Order Processing and Shipping Expectations:
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, and shipping occurs Monday - Friday. We do our best to process all orders ASAP, however please be aware that orders placed after 11AM MST may be processed on the following day. Possible processing and shipping delays may occur during holidays, including the period between December 1 - January 7.
Order Tracking:
Tracking numbers will be provided for orders once the order has reached “Completed” status, usually within 1 business day of the order being received. The customer will be sent an automated email with tracking information. Additionally, tracking information can be found in the “My-Account” section of our website for all orders. Please note, this will only apply to customers who create an account either during checkout, or prior to checkout. All customers with active subscriptions are required to create an account during checkout if they have not previously created an account.
