Refund policy

We have a 90-day no questions asked refund policy on all first time orders, which means you have 90 days after placing your order to request a refund. 

Refund requests for non first time orders or orders falling outside the 90 day window from purchase will be approved on a case by case basis, however if you are not happy with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns. All refund requests will require your name, email, shipping address and order number or valid proof of purchase to be processed. If your request is If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the amount you paid for the product, excluding shipping and taxes. You keep the product. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our products are packaged in glass bottles, and though we do our best to protect them during shipping, breakage is possible. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@stunnco.com as soon as possible. Please send your name, email, shipping address and order number or valid proof of purchase. We also request a photo be sent showing the damaged products so we can improve our processes. As soon as we receive your information, we can refund your order (as long as it is within 90 days of ordering) or send a replacement order at your request.
